We are proud to host the first RAPID 5 River Cleanup on Saturday, August 27th. RAPID 5 is excited to work with the cities of Columbus and Bexley on cleaning up a one mile stretch of the Alum Creek corridor between Nelson and Academy Park.
Clothes that can get dirty or wet
Sturdy, closed toe shoes (no sandals or flip flops)
Long pants or high boots to avoid scratches
Backpack with reusable water bottle, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and sun protective hat.
Volunteers can park at St. Charles Preparatory School, 2010 E Broad Street, Bexley, OH 43209 and at Wolfe Park, 105 Park Dr, Columbus, OH 43209
A safety packet with important information and instructions will be provided to volunteers prior to the event on August 27th.
